Procedure of Participation:
- Schools/Institutes can participate at the exhibition by booking desired stalls as per their requirements.
- A Stall rental fee will be charged from the participating schools/institutes for the same.
- As per the chosen stall, schools/institutes need to deposit the rentals either by Cheque, DD, NEFT or RTGS (No cash is accepted). Bank Account details shall be provided on request.
- There are few complimentary services provided by EDUCATIONISTA along with the stall rentals (2 Buffet Lunch for each stall along with morning /evening tea coffee & cookies).
- A stall consist of 2 Buffet Lunch for each stall per day, Morning & Evening Tea with Cookies per day. Any additional or specific requirement of Plasma TV, LCD Projector, DVD player, Spot Light, Halogen, White Metal Light, Tables, etc. of the respective schools/institutes would be provided on chargeable basis (kindly note – additional requirements to be mentioned at the time of booking).
